RNZAC Competition/Trophy: Rotorua Trophy Trophy: Bombing - The Rearwin Bombing Trophy Presented By: Gerry Astley History: The "Rearwin" was a resident aircraft at the North Shore airfield. This aircraft's owner was the original owner and restorer of the aircraft and ownership was later transferred to Gerry Astley (whom presented this trophy). At both club and RNZAC level, the competition is elligible for both student and private pilots.
